I'm no floss aficionado or anything, but I really like this stuff. It's thin (which I prefer over the thicker dental "tape," etc.), strong, comfortable to use, cuts easily and cleanly from the dispenser, and smells/tastes great!
Also, I have discovered that if you let a 5-6" piece dangle from your mouth when you're out on the town (picture a piece of straw in a cowboy's mouth), the ladies will go crazy! "Oooh, you floss?" they will say. "Why, yes...yes, I do."

I don't care for slippery floss. It's almost impossible to grip, and I believe it doesn't clean as well. I don't care one way or the other for flavors, so this less expensive product is the ticket. One minor complaint: It seems to be a bit thinner than what I'm used to. But I can't imagine that this would hamper its performance, so I'm glad I bought enough to last several years.

All floss is pretty much the same. Insert the floss between your teeth, use up and down strokes against each side of the tooth, and floss each and every day. Hmm. Each and every day? Until I had a near-root canal at the dentist, I was lax in my flossing for a simple reason: the tips of my fingers hurt and were turning purple from the floss tourniquet around my fingers. I haven't tried the other Glide flosses, but Glide Deep Clean doesn't cause this discomfort, so I'm using it daily. Even though it's one of the more expensive flosses at the store, it's certainly cheaper than a second trip to the dentist.
EDIT: My dental hygenist recommends Reach over Glide. Reducing my rating to two stars.
